Talat Sao Bus station is the central bus station in Vientiane wherein you can ride The Thai-Lao international buses to Khon Khaen, Nong Khai, and Udon Thani. Also, this is where you can take intercity buses for different places outside Vientiane.



It is located at the center of Vientiane just beside the Talat Sao Morning Market. You’ll get to observe that the buses are mostly donated by the Japanese Government.



You can find the ticket booths just in front of the bus station. Consequently, there are food stalls, pay toilets, and waiting areas for passengers.
